Metro Productions is a progressive company of high standards, committed to the ongoing development and training of our team. Metro Productions has provided technical production services to the entertainment and events industry for over 19 years, delivering creative solutions including lighting, staging and rigging in Wellington and throughout New Zealand.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our management team to oversee and manage the companies day to day activities and logistics as well as develop and enhance our current operational systems.

The key attributes we are looking for are: Great people skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in leading a team and motivating staff A strong operational background

· Well organised and methodical with an attention to detail

· Excellent administration, project management and time management skills

· A strategic ability to review and develop operational systems

· Great computer skills (eg Word, XL, Resource Management Software and Vectorworks

· A customer service focus
