Office Administrator MJF Lighting

Are you well organised, mature, with sole charge experience in running an office?

Do you have the skill, eye for detail and analytical approach to manage the accounts and office functions using MYOB for our niche, highly regarded lighting businesses?

We are a long established reputable provider of lighting rentals and architectural design systems for a number of high profile organisations and individuals for whom quality and service are their primary requirements.

We seek a mature and competent office administrator to work with our staff and directors at our offices in Tawa, and undertake the usual accounting processing functions as well as a variety of other administrative tasks. Ongoing support across the team will also be a key part of this role.

Your skill set needs to include the following attributes:

ü High level of competency with MYOB

ü Experience in working successfully in a trade environment

ü High level of skill in Microsoft Office functions

ü Experience across a variety of business administrative tasks

ü Proven ability to learn new systems and procedures

ü Excellent New Zealand English verbal and written skills

Personal skills require:

ü Highly competent computing skills

ü A team player able to get along with a variety of personality types

ü Willingness to take responsibility, work the required hours as needed and go the extra mile for our clients and team
