Kenderdine Electrical Ltd / Professional Lighting Services Ltd has a position available in the Hire Department of our Stage / Film /TV lighting business
The successful applicant will have some or all of the following:
A knowledge of lighting and associated equipment used in the theatre and/or film and TV industries.
A knowledge of rigging, operating, prepping and testing of this equipment
The ability to think on your feet and show initiative
Time management skills, or at least an ability to do more than one task at a time
Computer literacy is an essential as jobs are all software tracked
The ability to communicate well with others
Full New Zealand Drivers License - Manual
Heavy vehicle license would be an advantage.
An understanding of warehouse stock control is essential for this position as is the ability to thoroughly complete all tasks set to them.
This is a customer facing role, enquires come via phone, email and in person, so you will be comfortable interacting with customers and other staff.
The role primarily consists of PATS testing gear and prepping orders in house in our CBD location, however there is occasionally a requirement for work to be performed offsite.
