Currency

All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Acceptance of Membership

Once your application has been made we will review the application in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the society. If declined, we will refund your payment in full. If accepted, details will be sent to you for access to the website, along with any relevant membership information.

Security and Privacy

ETNZ values your security and privacy. We use a secure server, and when you apply to the society the only information we store is that directly concerned with the usage of the website and ETNZ services. We do not store your credit card details because once your application is made you are then directed to our secure payment gateway, in this instance, Westpac bank.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the services offered by ETNZ to you as a member then we will meet our obligations as set out in the New Zealand Consumers guarantees act. Any complaints must be made in writing and sent to the contact details provided here.
